Prince William dubbed Britain’s ‘secret weapon’ after latest move

Prince William has been dubbed as Britain’s ‘secret weapon’ following his crucial meeting with US president-elect Donald Trump in Paris.

The future king and Donald Trump held 40 minutes meeting at the British ambassador’s residence after shaking hands earlier at the reopening ceremony of Notre-Dame Cathedral.

Later, Donald Trump spoke about his meeting with William while speaking to the New York Post.

Trump told the publication, Prince William is a “good looking guy”. “He looked really, very handsome last night.”

He continued, “Some people look better in person? He looked great. He looked really nice, and I told him that.”

Meanwhile, member of the Conservative party sitting in the House of Lords Daniel Hannan reacted to William’s meeting with Trump, saying the Royal Family, not the Prime Minister, “represents Britain on the whole.”

He also labelled Prince William the UK’s “secret weapon” for Donald Trump’s breakthrough.

Daniel Hannan further said: “It seems that even the Donald is – at least by his standards – a little subdued in the presence of royalty.”

Prince William has also spoken about his meeting with the US president-elect saying a ‘pleasure’ to spend time with Donald Trump.
