Prince Harry shares candid views on father-son rivalry amid King Charles feud

Prince Harry shared his candid view on father-son rivalry amid ongoing feud with King Charles and the rest of the Royal family members.

The Duke of Sussex shared his thoughts on the challenges of competing against family members in his latest Netflix documentary series about polo.

Harry explores the fast-paced sport while reflecting on his own experiences playing polo with and against his father, King Charles.

At one point in the documentary, Harry discusses the complexities of pitting father against son with teammate Adolfo Cambiaso, who competes with his 18-year-old son Poroto.

“You’ve created something special. He’s doing amazing things,” father of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet asked.

“We play together a lot, you know. You can play with your kid, something that you love,” Cambiaso replied, prompting Harry to ask, “Yeah, but what’s it like playing against your kid?”

“It’s difficult,” said Cambiaso, “And worse when you lose,” with Harry adding, “You’re proud, but also angry.”

Harry, the Duke of Sussex, last saw his father when he flew to the UK to see him post his cancer diagnosis. Since then, the two haven’t met even though Harry has flown to the country multiple times.
