Former One Direction star Liam Payne’s new toxicology report has unveiled new details of the singer’s final moments.

For the unversed, Payne fell from his room’s balcony on the third floor of his hotel in the upscale neighborhood of Palermo, in the Argentine capital on October 16, 2024.

His funeral took place on November 20, in south-east England.

As reported by OK! Magazine, a new toxicology report has revealed that the 31-year-old singer didn’t brace himself for impact, concluding that he wasn’t fully conscious at the time of the incident.

Contrary to November 7’s toxicology report that cocaine, alcohol and a prescription antidepressant were found in his system, the new findings have squashed any suicide theories.

It instead painted a picture of confusion or unconsciousness leading up to his fatal fall.

The report further stated, “For the prosecution, this situation would also rule out the possibility of a conscious or voluntary act on the part of the victim since, in the state he was in, he did not know what he was doing and could not understand it.”
