Blake Lively has filed a lawsuit against her It Ends With Us costar and director, Justin Baldoni.
The actress has accused Baldoni of sexual harassment, claiming his behaviour caused her “severe emotional distress,” according to TMZ report.
The lawsuit outlined several demands Lively made before and during filming, which included “no more showing nude videos or images of women to Blake, no more mention of Baldoni’s alleged previous ‘pornography addiction,’ no more discussions about sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crew’s genitalia, no more inquiries about Blake’s weight, and no further mention of Blake’s dead father.”
According to the lawsuit, Sony Pictures supported her requests, but Lively claims Baldoni later tried to destroy her reputation through social manipulation.
It is worth mentioning that Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, dismissed the allegations, calling them “false, outrageous, and intentionally salacious.”
He also accused Lively of causing problems on set by “threatening to not show up to set, threatening to not promote the film, ultimately leading to its demise during release.”
For the unversed the lawsuit follows earlier reports of tensions on set, with rumours of Baldoni creating a “borderline abusive” environment for the cast.
