Kaley Cuoco, a renowned actress who acted in shows like The Big Bang Theory and The Flight Attendant, recently joked about being a mother to daughter Matilda.
Cuoco appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday, November 25, where she said that taking care of her daughter Matilda, who is 19 months old, is like taking care of a “drunk best friend.”
Referring to her therapist, she jokingly articulated, “I was explaining to her that taking care of a 19-month-old is like taking care of your drunk best friend every day. All day, literally all day.”
“It’s a wild thing. I was trying to explain to our couple’s therapist the other day why I’m so tired,” the 38-year-old mother quipped.
Then she turned to the audience and suggested, “You should all be in couple’s therapy, just FYI.”
The Harley Quinn star expanded on this by saying, “They’re crying when they don’t get what they want; you’re making sure they make it to the bathroom or you’re cleaning their throw-up from whatever.”
Cuoco remarked that little kids are “out of their minds” while you’re making sure “they don’t die all day long” and added, “then they black out and you’re like ready to die and they wake up and they’re like, ‘What’s for breakfast?’”
“And you’re like, ‘What?’ I’m like, ‘Do you even know what happened last night?’ And it’s insane and it happens every day,” she concluded by remarking.
It is pertinent to mention that Cuoco shares her daughter Matilda with her fiancé, Tom Pelphrey.
