Kate Middleton has a different outlook on life after completing her preventative chemotherapy following cancer diagnosis earlier this year.

According to a new report, the Princess of Wales has decided to prioritize her health and family over work after realizing the importance of health post health scare.

As per Closer Weekly, Kate is now focusing on spending time with her kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, and the causes she cares about.

An insider told the publication that Kate’s experience with cancer has taught her to take care of herself, be patient, and listen to her body.

“She’s so grateful for her health,” the insider said, adding that Kate is prioritizing “time with her family and her favorite causes.”

“She understands that things like rest, being at peace, and emotionally letting some things go are a huge part of a healthy lifestyle,” they added. “She used to stress and have anxiety, which doesn’t help with overall good health.”

The insider shared that while Kate has always eaten well and exercised, “she’s become more aware of what she needs to do to stay healthy and energetic.”

“She’s learned not to ignore that little voice when it tells her to slow down and listen to her body. She really likes long walks now, breathing fresh air and clearing her mind.”
