Royal fans gasped at the sight of Kate Middleton who made her first solo event appearance since cancer treatment on Thursday. 

Hundreds of them took to social media to share the pictures of the future queen as she arrived at the Carol Service.

Her fans were left heartbroken when the news of her cancer came out and their comments on her appearance at the event seemed to suggest that they were relieved to see her.  

The Princess of Wales looked gorgeous as she arrived in Westminster Abbey for her ‘Together at Christmas’ Carol Service.

The wife of Prince William wore a beautiful red coat with a stylish oversized black bow.

According to the local media her outfit was designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen .

Tonight’s event is spearheaded by the Princess of Wales and supported by The Royal Foundation.  King Charles and other royal family members are also expected to be in attendance tonight to support Kate and her event.

The appearance comes after the Princess announced that she had finished preventative chemotherapy treatment after being diagnosed with unspecified cancer.

Her husband, Prince William, 42, previously described how “brutal” the past year has been, with both his wife’s and father’s health battles.
