Prince Harry broke his silence on rumours of his possible return to the UK amid King Charles’ cancer treatment in a candid chat during recent interview.
Harry, the Duke of Sussex, talked about his life in the US with his wife, Meghan Markle, and kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, dashing monarch’s hopes.
Speaking at The New York Times DealBook Summit, Harry has expressed his delight at building a new life in the US with his family.
Harry said he believes his late mother, Princess Diana, would have wanted him to make the move to America, adding that he “very much enjoys” living in the US and raising his children.
“I very much enjoy living here and bringing up my kids here,” he said. “It’s a part of my life that I never thought that I was gonna live.”
“I feel as though it’s the life that my mom wanted for me,” Harry added. “To be able to do the things I’m able to do with my kids that I undoubtedly wouldn’t be able to do in the U.K. — it’s huge.”
Harry further shared that he is “hugely grateful for that,” adding that his focus now is on “being the best husband and the best dad that I can be.”
This comes as Harry debunked rumours of his divorce from Meghan Markle as the couple pursues solo projects.
