Simone Ashley recently addressed the possibility of her return to Netflix’s “Bridgerton” for its upcoming fourth season, alongside co-star Jonathan Bailey.
During a press event at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival, Ashley spoke about the potential comeback of her character, Kathani Bridgerton, and Bailey’s character, Anthony Bridgerton, as reported by People Magazine.
“I really hope so,” she expressed regarding her role as the Viscountess.
Ashley continued, “Both Johnny and I adore our characters, Kate and Anthony, and their relationship. It’s integral to the show.”
She hinted at the challenges of scheduling, adding, “We’re committed to making it work with our schedules, so hopefully, we can return.”
In a previous interview on the Reign with Josh Smith podcast, the 27-year-old actress opened up about her difficulties with embracing change.
She shared, “Getting ‘Bridgerton’ changed my perspective. I realized I had to adapt, not just for myself, but for my career.”
Ashley emphasized her dedication to her craft, stating, “I wouldn’t let anything stop me from achieving my dreams or excelling in my job. I’ve worked incredibly hard to get to this point.”
