A social media expert has shared a sweet advice for Meghan Markle following her return to Instagram after years of break.
Speaking to the Daily Express, social media expert Caitlin Jardine said as long as Meghan keeps her content “varied, authentic and aligned with her broader narrative”, the uploads would be welcomed by fans.
Talking about what fans may desire from Archie and Lilibet doting mother on social media, the expert said: “As a public figure and former royal stature, they expect her to use Instagram not just for personal updates but as a platform to shout about important causes, highlight her recent projects and connect to viewers in a meaningful way.”
She also warned Meghan, “Whilst she needs to meet the demands that keep her audience engaged, she needs to ensure that she does so without ‘over-doing’ it, without over saturating her feed whereby it seems ingenuine and insincere.”
Meghan returned to Instagram on New Year Day and so far in 2025, she has uploaded three Instagram reels including a New Year’s post, a video containing her upcoming trailer for her Netflix show – With Love, Meghan, and an emotional post about her beloved pet dog.
