Dave Grohl is focusing on family this holiday season.
Despite recent challenges, the Foo Fighters frontman will spend Christmas with his wife, Jordyn Blum, and their three daughters, People magazine reports. This comes three months after Grohl revealed he had fathered a baby girl outside his 21-year marriage.
“They are all spending Christmas as a family,” an insider confirmed to the outlet, highlighting Grohl’s efforts to rebuild trust with Blum and their daughters Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.
In September, Grohl addressed the situation publicly, writing, “I love my wife and children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”
In November, a source told People magazine that Grohl had stopped working with a divorce attorney, shifting his focus to reconciliation.
“Dave’s been prioritising his family,” the source shared. “He knows he messed up… He doesn’t want to lose his family.”
While Blum was seen without her wedding ring several times since the revelation, another insider revealed to the outlet that she’s taking her time to process everything. “She doesn’t want to make hasty decisions since it’s all affecting their girls,” they explained.
Married since 2003, Grohl and Blum are navigating this difficult chapter with their daughters’ well-being in mind.
